This is an apartment complex located just a few blocks from the SU campus and very close to Marshall Street. It is also very close to a bus stop which goes downtown, to Destiny USA, and to many other places in the city. There is one FURNISHED room for rent, but there are two other rooms which will also be open, if you are looking for more rooms. However, by paying for a room you get access to the entire apartment, which includes a bathroom, a kitchen with a dishwasher and full stove and refrigerator. It is all wood (fake) floors (but they look great) except for the square tile of the kitchen and the tile in the bathroom. It is on the first floor so you have to take a small set of stairs down to the apartment. It is great for privacy because it opens to the outside, so you don't need to walk through a building to get home and is great for leaving the door open in Summer when you're home. *There are windows in the living room and also windows in the room that I am renting, along with a ceiling fan, a dresser, a bed frame and mattress, and a desk.* living room comes with couches as well.
