Description:
Non smoker, non drinker, no 420 or other drugs. I have no pets. My SS check guarantees rent will be paid on time. I am presently in Texas and would be moving in the second half of May. I will be doing Christian ministry work in the Compton area for at least several months and maybe a year or more. I'm looking for straight male only housemates, no 420 and no aggressive dogs. If I rent from you we must meet in person, face to face. I would need access to a kitchen, wi-fi, and W/D. I drive a pickup and would need to park somewhere. Since the CDC has said twice that COVID masks don't work, I do not wear a mask anywhere.
