"The Captain's Hook" is the boat anchoringsystem created specifically for safe and simpleattachment to bridges, pilings, rig platforms, and lots of other structures. The failure to get close enough to abovewater structures due to sea conditions make it difficult to anchor to it using just a rope and water depth can make it difficult to utilizestandard watercraft anchoring systems. Damage to the watercraft and the threat of injury is a significantissue when tying to a bridge, oil well, or any other above water structure. The Captains Hook addresses this trouble byoffering a easy and safe way to anchor a boat to structures without the risk of injury ordamage to the boat. It is made from 3/4".Metallic Tubing which is insulated to provide strength and toughness. Each end of the hook is rubber covered to prevent it from scratching the surface of a watercraft. It comes with a.3/8" Stainless Steel Anchor Shackle to easily.attach a rope for anchoring. The hook.measure's about 44" long with the bend width being around 12" large and the bend height roughly 9" long.
