Adorable, vintage, ladies's city bike. Brittany "Free Spirit" model. Offered with Sears as far back as the 60s but this one appears to be late 70s / early 80s. Suitable condition for age and model. I have not gone through it top to bottom yet however will make sure everything is functioning effectively, replace cables if required, adjust derailleurs and brakes, and so on . This bike has fenders AND a rear rack ... which behaves. Keeps the mud off you and provides you a location to strap down your books, groceries, and so on. Toss a little wicker basket on the front and maybe a little thumb bell and you're set.:). Original paint and chrome are in excellent condition. Which suggests the bike has actually been kept within. Good seat and pedals and grips. I aired up the tires 3 months back and they are still holding air so those needs to do the technique for a while. Similar to any vintage / made use of bike, if you prepare on keeping it for the long term, I 'd advise putting brand-new tubes and tires on relatively soon and keeping these as spares.
