Holton Model TR-180 Professional Double Rotor Bass Trombone SN 533486 VINTAGE PRODUCT DESCRIPTION Here is a very good Holton TR-180 professional bass trombone. Holton is an old and storied trombone manufacturer, and the TR-180 is one of the finest double trigger bass trombones to ever grace the planet. They have a big full sound with lots of core, and have been played by bass trombonists around the world for years. This one is in good playing condition with some some issues. There are a few dings and dents that do not affect play (see photos). The hand slide moves well with slide cream, though it has significant plating wear on the inner slide and the outer slide has significant red rot. With proper care and cleaning the slide will remain viable for years. This will be a great bass trombone for someone on a budget. Please feel free to email with additional questions!
