We nicknamed them "The Senators" because they have a serious demeanor. How much work do they actual do during the course of the day? Well, that's another matter! The Senators are two male rabbits from the group of Mar Vista Rabbits rescued in 2022. They're warming up to people now that they're in a loving foster home. Like all our bunnies, they're neutered, vaccinated, microchipped and litterbox-trained.~~To apply, go to www.larabbits.org and fill out an online application form: http://larabbits.org/adoption-application/ All our rabbits are spayed/neutered, microchipped, vaccinated for RHDV2 and litter box trained!Adoption processOur rabbit adoption fee includes the neuter, vaccination and micro chip (we do not adopt out unaltered rabbits under any circumstances). Rabbits must live in an indoor, cage-free environment. Exercise pens that are at least 4' x 4' with additional run time in a rabbit-proofed room are acceptable. Note: We do not adopt out of the Greater Los Angeles area unless the adopter has previously adopted from us.Shelter locationWe are adopting out rabbits by appointment only. Location of meeting place will be provided after potential adopters and organization have agreed on meeting specific rabbits. Our weekly mobile adoption venue is ON HOLD for nowdue to COVID-19. All rabbits will have to be vaccinated for RHDV2 to meet there in future.
