Beau Border Collie Adult Male

Beau is one of two dogs abandoned by their owner in rural Idaho near Winchester Lake. He and his elderly friend were found and taken to a rescue. Both dogs were in need of food and shelter at the time they were discovered. Beau is very well mannered, prefers to be outside if possible and will follow his friend Bud, who does not move fast or move far. Both dogs are neutered and do well with a leash. Due to their history we know they are ok with children but we do not know their history with cats although we know they did live with cats at their previous home. Beau has been found to be fond of pets and cuddling. He will be a great companion dog for someone.If you have any questions or would like to adopt Beau, please reach out to the adoption group directly.
