Sony SCD-1 SACD Player Top-Loading Model Super Audio CD Player. Model Number: SCD -1Serial Number: 801266Weight: approx. 59 lb / 27 kgIncluded: Wireless Remote Control, Stabilizer (no cords or batteries)The operation has been checked for power-on, lights working, LCD display, tray opening/closing, buttons working, remote control - all these are working as should. It plays CD’s and SACD’s and sounds great but I could not get it to play in SACD mode.Cosmetic Condition: Good. One corner has a small dent as can be seen in the photos. One RCA connector is broken and needs repaired. Has minor scuffs from use. Please see all the high resolution photographs for the condition. Because of the mode issue stated above and the RCA connector issue, it is being SOLD FOR REPAIR NOT WORKING*.If you have questions or need more photos please contact me through eBay BEFORE you bid and we will get back to you as soon as possible. * Selling plan B: If it does not sell at the bid starting point, the plan is to have the one RCA connector repaired and relist it as USED condition. By the way, testing of the RCA fitting that needs repairs was done using alligator clips from the open connector to a good RCA connector and it sounded great. [One person watching wanted to know how it was tested]
