Job Title: Inventory Analyst Job Description:As an Inventory Analyst, you will play a critical role in managing and optimizing inventory levels to ensure adequate stock levels while minimizing excess inventory and associated costs. You will utilize your analytical skills to forecast demand, monitor inventory levels, and identify opportunities for improvement in inventory management processes. Responsibilities: Conduct regular analysis of inventory levels, sales data, and demand forecasts to optimize inventory.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including purchasing, sales, and logistics to ensure alignment on inventory management strategies.Identify and analyze trends in inventory data to proactively address potential issues and opportunities for improvement.Monitor inventory aging and implement strategies to reduce obsolete or slow-moving inventory.Generate regular reports and metrics to track key inventory performance indicators and communicate insights to management. Qualifications: Proven experience in inventory management, demand forecasting, or supply chain analytics.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or other data analysis tools. Experience with inventory management software is a plus.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
