The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in healthcare regulatory and transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions. Preferred experience includes:Representation of providers and professional entities in business transactions, regulatory diligence, and structuring.Expertise in fraud and abuse issues such as Stark and anti-kickback laws.Knowledge of licensure and enrollment processes.Familiarity with reimbursement issues within Medicare and Medicaid statutory and regulatory frameworks.Additionally, candidates should possess:Strong business and entrepreneurial sense.Excellent communication skills.Analytical, problem-solving, and issue-resolution abilities.Demonstrated commitment to teamwork and client service.Ability to effectively manage internal and external client and counsel relationships.Job Overview: The Senior-Level Health Care Associate Attorney will provide legal counsel and representation to clients in the health care industry. This includes advising on regulatory compliance, transactional matters, and mergers and acquisitions.
